Possibly the biggest and most successful niche brands in the industry is Roja Parfums. Scents like Elysium, Danger, Scandal, Oceania, and more recently, Apex, are well known household names. There are, however, some brands releases that were only available in certain locations. There is a good chance that many devoted fans won't get around to purchasing a bottle when you consider that and the high price tag. Such a scent is Parfum Royale No. 1, which was unveiled in 2016.
